    We guarantee to extend complete financial protection for activities and services:

  • Un-utilized services, like specialized transports planned for hilly areas, or un-availed activities planned at recreational sites, etc., will be refunded – No questions asked!
  • If BBQ and Bonfire nights are included in the package but could not be managed due to any unavoidable reason, the same will be adjusted as a regular dinner, and any surplus amount will be refunded.

    • Providing flexibility to change or cancel bookings

    We guarantee to extend complete flexibility with bookings:

  • Change of reservation – up to 8 weeks before scheduled travel
  • Cancellation of bookings – up to 8 weeks before scheduled travel (*provided advance payment is not required by the hotel)
