Since you’ll be traveling to areas with snow, it’s essential to dress in layers. Start with thermal inner wear, add a fleece or insulated jacket, and top it off with a waterproof and windproof outer layer. Don’t forget to wear warm socks, gloves, and a hat or beanie to retain body heat.
Pack waterproof and insulated boots with good quality and durability to help you walk through snow without getting your feet wet or frozen and keep you comfortable throughout trekking and safe from frost bites or any other injuries while climbing rocky tracks.
Don’t forget to bring insulated bottles with a capacity of more than 1 liter to keep you hydrated through the tip and especially during the hike. For winters, fill them with warm water to keep your body temperature normal, and for summers, carry normal water.
Tours, especially those that involve trekking, can consume additional energy. Pack energy-boosting snacks like nuts, granola bars, and fruits to keep your energy levels up during long journeys and trekking expeditions.
Despite the cold weather, the sun’s UV rays can still be intense, especially at higher altitudes. Wear sunscreen with a high SPF rating, and don’t forget to bring sunglasses and a lip balm with SPF protection.
